This item is the AT&T 8125 by HTC.  It has the updated version of Windows Mobile 6 Professional and several other upgrades to compliment.  The phone is in great condition.  No scratches on the screen and only two minor scratches on the corner.  The only problem is the speaker just quit working.  It was not due to a drop and the phone has no water damage.  It just came with a faulty speaker and I used it on vibrate mode only.  That is the only reason I am selling it.  It would be perfect for someone who wants a great phone at a discount price.  Email me with questions.
